For me, it's hands down Double Mosaic Daydream. They only brew it a couple times a year. I watch for it, and if I can't get there, I send friends to pick it up for me. I'm a big mosaic fan to start with and I love OH's daydream treatment.

Enjoy your articles, Will. I tend toward their single IPAs (Forever Ever, Tables on Tables, etc.) mostly because they’re more affordable given my situation. (Btw, 11 years, mathematically, would actually be a “prime” time, but I digress.)

Would love to see them bring back Berry Berry Compote Compote and Gold Strap wheat wine.

For me, if I see an OH beer with citra I'm getting it. Hard to pick a favorite among them, but it's hard to top All Citra Everything. Their Triple Citra Chroma Daydream with Trillium Hops was also pretty amazing.

Also a big fan of Simcoe, and my first and still some of my favorite Nectaron and Strata IPAs were from OH.

Outside the IPAs, they've done a lot of nice stouts and some pretty good fruited sours, but my favorite non-IPA was probably their Big'uns and Minotaurs BA Wheat Wine.
